Maintenance & Tenant Management
Wilson Blanchard’s property management philosophy strives to reduce costs, avoid business interruption, provide a safe, clean and healthy workplace for your tenants, and grow your property value.
We are capable of handling any and all management issues, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
We take a proactive approach to property management, anticipating small problems before they become big ones. By utilizing a combination of tenant initiated calls and regular site visits, we are able to quickly identify on-going issues and solve them before they become major expenses. In addition, we ensure all of our vendors keep a watchful eye for maintenance and safety issues while on site, which provides an additional level of coverage for your property. We ensure that regularly scheduled preventative maintenance is conducted reducing repair costs and prolonging the life of all serviceable equipment. We maintain a schedule of capital replacement items, and we review revenues and expenses on an ongoing basis to uncover opportunities to reduce operational costs and increase revenues for stakeholders.
Accounting & Financial
Our accountants are well experienced in the requirements associated with each asset type, ensuring the reporting and guidance you receive drives decision making.
Our accounting service includes rent collection, accounts payable, tenant billing, budget preparation/implementation, remittance of profits to owner, and tax/HST accounting. We will prepare a financial statement on a monthly basis for unit owners, and we will make recommendations as required.
Wilson Blanchard maintains all client financials on the Yardi Voyager system, an industry-leading accounting program specifically designed for commercial property management.

Quality Assurance & Dispatch System
Wilson Blanchard takes maintaining tenant satisfaction and owner confidence very seriously. We do so by regularly reviewing service calls and work orders to ensure timely and courteous service. We regularly query both tenants and vendors to get feedback on performance issues and workflow improvements. Our work speaks for itself. The best measure of our quality is from our customers, and we would invite you to ask our references for feedback related to our performance (available upon request).
Our management team is structured to ensure continuity so you experience zero downtime with our services. For all general day-to-day maintenance requests, we have a reception desk operational during regular business hours, which receives and dispatches work orders. After hours, we have an on-call manager available 24/7 to address emergency situations supported by our on-call maintenance staff. With this fail-safe system, we are able to ensure our stakeholders are always provided the highest standard of service, 365 days a year.
