We’ll prepare in-house newsletters for your community to ensure that your homeowners stay informed of current events and developments. We’ll create a positive, upbeat bulletin that will help foster a sense of belonging within your community while keeping them up-to-date on decisions made by the board of directors and other events.
Community Website Management
If your condo corporation operates a community website, your Condominium Manager will assume responsibility for administration of the website, owner portals, and related content in agreement with your condo Board.
Your Condominium Manager will provide assistance in the planning and holding of owners’ meetings on a regular or as-needed basis. This can be done face-to-face or virtually. We will also help prepare for and attend Annual General meetings or other meetings which owners will be attending.
Wilson Blanchard Condominium Managers are skilled communicators with a variety of tools and techniques for mediation, resolving disputes, and handling other conflicts within your community. Your property manager will arrive at your property with a clean appearance, a pleasant disposition, and eye contact and body language that will make your residents feel safe and at ease.
