Jeff joined Wilson Blanchard in 2004 and is responsible for leading the organization’s external vision “to bring positive impact and meaningful value to every community”. In addition to guiding our leadership and staff continuous development and focusing on employee experience, Jeff is responsible for strategic initiatives to help Wilson Blanchard build the future of community management. He has been an instructor for the Condominium Management Financial courses through  ACMO (Mohawk College) and CMRAO (Humber College), has presented at various industry conferences and events, and has contributed articles for a variety of industry publications. Since 2022, Jeff has served as a Board member and Treasurer for Associa Cares Canada, a CRA registered charity that supports families and communities in crisis from natural or manmade disasters.

Mike joined Wilson Blanchard in 1999 and has been a Registered Condominium Manager since 2003. Mike leads our condominium management teams, working directly with the Vice Presidents in each office to prioritize external customer service and cultivate positive client, vendor, and developer relationships with a focus on long-term retention and growth opportunities. He is an active participant in moderating and speaking at industry events including ACMO and CCI conferences, and is deeply involved in the industry having served on various committees including the ACMO Education Committee and CMRAO Advisory Committee. Since 2022, Mike has served as a Board member for Associa Cares Canada, a CRA registered charity that supports families and communities in crisis from natural or manmade disasters.

Raphael is a Registered Condominium Manager (RCM) and has served on multiple condominium Boards. He successfully managed a diverse portfolio of properties including both high-rise buildings and townhouse complexes between 2006 and 2018, when he transitioned to the role of Development & Client Services with Wilson Blanchard. Raphael has also had the privilege of being a guest speaker at various trade shows and seminars for the condominium industry. His current role with the organization focuses on development and enhancement of client services within the industry as a leading condominium management service provider.

Paula has been directly in charge of both corporate and client accounting functions since the inception of the company in 1995. Paula works closely with the company executive, as well as the Director of Financial Reporting, overseeing all accounting staff and financial aspects.

Melissa has been managing condominiums since 2009. In 2015, she achieved the Registered Condominium Manager (RCM) designation from ACMO and in 2019 received the CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) designation from the CAMICB. She is also an instructor for the CMRAO Excellence course, is a member (2023-24) of the ACMO Board of Directors and has served on various CCI committees.

An employee of Wilson Blanchard since 1996, Sandy is responsible for leading the Hamilton office and the supervision, mentoring, and training of Condominium Managers. Sandy facilitates all aspects of condominium management for our clients in the Halton, Wentworth and Niagara regions.   Sandy has over 30 years of experience in all facets of condominium management in Ontario and BC. Sandy has also served as President of the Board of Directors of the CCI Golden Horseshoe Chapter and speaks regularly at CCI events.

Mark has been serving the Condominium industry since 2006 and holds the Registered Condominium Manager (RCM) and Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designations, as well as a General License for Condominium Management from the Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario (CMRAO). Mark is also a member of the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario and Community Association Institute and has contributed articles for a variety of condominium management publications.

Tania has served the condominium community in various executive roles. She holds the OLCM designation from CMRAO and the RCM from ACMO.

Tania’s volunteer work includes serving on the Board of Directors for the Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI), Toronto and Area Chapter, from 2012-2022 including as President from 2018-2020. She is also on an advisory committee for the Condo Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario (CMRAO). She is a frequent speaker at CCI, Association for Condo Managers of Ontario (ACMO), and condo community events, and also regularly contributes articles to a variety of industry magazines.

Natashia entered the condominium industry when she joined Wilson Blanchard in 2017, following more than 20 years in the customer service industry. She achieved the RCM (Registered Condominium Manager) designation in 2020 and also holds the CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) designation from the CAMICB. She currently (2024) serves on the Board of Directors for the Grand River chapter of the Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI). Natashia is actively engaged in the training and supervision of new managers in the Waterloo Region office.

Michelle works closely with the Vice President of Operations in the Hamilton office supervising and training staff. She has been working in the condominium industry since 2013 and achieved the designation of Registered Condominium Manager (RCM) with the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO) in 2017. Michelle is actively involved in the condominium industry and has participated as a speaker at CCI events, volunteered on CCI committees, and written articles for Wilson Blanchard’s Condo Connection. In 2023 Michelle earned her Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation.

Directors of Condominium Management

Sally-Anne has over 15 years of experience as a Condominium Manager, starting with Wilson Blanchard in 2004, managing properties in the Waterloo Region and Brantford. After receiving the designation of Registered Condominium Manager in 2007, Sally gained experience managing in and around the GTA and has been a frequent presenter at CCI conferences and educational sessions, a member of various CCI committees, and has written articles for condominium industry publications. Returning as a Director of Property Management in 2019, Sally’s responsibilities include training and supervising new managers and trainees and contributing to the leadership of Wilson Blanchard’s Hamilton office.

Marie is a Registered Condominium Manager (RCM) with over 15 years in residential condominium management services including high-rise, low-rise, and townhomes. As a Director of Condominium Management, her responsibilities include training and mentoring of new managers and trainees, and contributing to the leadership of Wilson Blanchard’s Toronto office. Marie’s primary focus is on high-rise building management and high-rise community development.

Brennah started working in the condominium management industry in 2011 and joined the Wilson Blanchard team in 2013. Brennah has experience managing a diverse portfolio of condominiums ranging from common element and vacant land properties, to mid-size and highrise towers. She has a great deal of experience working with large capital projects such has full EIFS, stucco and balcony refurbishments. Brennah obtained her RCM designation through ACMO in 2016 and is actively involved with training and mentoring staff on the Wilson Blanchard team.

Upon completing her business degree, JJ worked in the agricultural and insurance industries before joining Wilson Blanchard in 2017. JJ quickly adapted to the condominium management industry and has excelled at managing high-rise, townhouse and vacant land sites in addition to commercial condominium properties. She also has a great deal of experience dealing with Tarion first year projects. JJ obtained her RCM designation in 2020 and assists in training, recruiting and mentoring new condominium professionals within the organization.

Michelle has been a Registered Condominium Manager (RCM) since 2015 and has been working condominium management since 2009. She has leadership experience in several different industries and currently assists in coaching and mentoring a team of condominium managers within Wilson Blanchard.

Don has been active and personally committed to condominium property management for over 30 years. As the founder of his own management company, Don developed an organization with the expertise and resources required to provide a systematic, proactive and highly organized approach and brings that expertise to Wilson Blanchard in serving condominium communities.

Elisha has been working in the condominium industry since 2006. She achieved the RCM (Registered Condominium Manager) designation from the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario in 2020. Elisha is actively involved in the training and mentoring of new Condominium Managers in Wilson Blanchard’s Waterloo Region office and she is also involved in various industry committees.

Anna has been involved in the condominium industry for over 20 years. She has managed properties in York region, Toronto, and Durham region prior to moving to the Niagara area in 2016. Anna has managed a variety of condos including low-rise, high-rise and townhouses as well as Vacant Land and Common Element condominiums. Her responsibilities as a Director of Condominium Management include training and mentoring of new managers and contributing to the leadership of Wilson Blanchard’s Niagara office.
