Wilson Blanchard Management, in accordance with the Code of Ethics set forth by the Condominium Management Services Act (CMSA), hereby discloses that it receives administration and marketing fees from vendors participating in the Preferred Partner Program.
The Preferred Partner Program is designed to foster mutually beneficial relationships with vendors who provide services to the condominium communities managed by Wilson Blanchard Management. These vendors have been carefully selected based on their expertise, reliability, and commitment to delivering quality services to our clients.
The administration and marketing fees received by Wilson Blanchard Management from the Preferred Partner Program contribute to the operational costs associated with managing and maintaining high standards of service for our clients. These fees are intended to offset expenses related to administrative processes and marketing efforts that are incurred by vendors servicing condominiums.
It is important to note that while Wilson Blanchard Management receives these fees, our commitment to the best interests of our clients remains paramount. The selection of vendors and the provision of services are based on their suitability, quality, and competitive pricing, ensuring that the interests of the condominium community are protected.
It is crucial to emphasize that all projects should undergo a tendering process, and the Board of Directors should award work to contractors based on their competitiveness and ability to provide value to the condominium corporation, regardless of their participation in the Preferred Partner Program. There is no obligation for our client Boards of Directors to use Preferred Partners. Our primary goal is to ensure that bids received from Preferred Partners offer competitive pricing. If a Preferred Partner is selected, the corporation may also benefit from additional advantages such as preferred service, scheduling, executive support, and extended warranties (where applicable).
