Wilson Blanchard Management Announces Promotion of Elisha Day to Vice President of Operations – Toronto

Wilson Blanchard Management, An Associa® Company is excited to announce that Elisha Day has been promoted to Vice President of Operations for our Toronto office, joining current Toronto VP of Operations Mark Marshall in leading our Toronto team.

Elisha has been working in the condominium industry since 2006 and joined Wilson Blanchard in our Waterloo Regional office in 2018. She achieved the RCM (Registered Condominium Manager) designation from the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario in 2020. Since transitioning to our Toronto office in 2025, Elisha has teamed with Mark to establish improved controls and procedures to enhance WB’s mission to bring a positive impact and meaningful value to every community, while also being actively involved in the training and mentoring of new Condominium Managers in the Toronto office and building strong client relationships with Boards of Directors. She is involved in various industry committees helping to maintain and build our reputation as stalwarts of the condo industry, and also serves as an instructor with the Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario (CMRAO), helping educate and prepare new professionals entering the industry.

This promotion is also exciting in that it continues WB’s long-standing philosophy of growing and promoting leadership roles internally.
