July 2025 Leadership Team Announcements
Wilson Blanchard Management, An Associa® Company is excited to make the following announcements about promotions that have taken place recently to expand the bandwidth of our Director level leadership team. Our Directors play a vital role in supporting our Condominium Managers and also focus on building and maintaining a senior level relationship between Boards of Directors and Wilson Blanchard.
Elisha Day, RCM – Executive Director of Condominium Management, Toronto
Elisha has been promoted from a Director role in our Waterloo Region office to become the Executive Director in our Toronto office. Elisha has been working in the condominium industry since 2006. She achieved the RCM (Registered Condominium Manager) designation from the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario in 2020. Elisha is actively involved in the training and mentoring of new Condominium Managers and building strong client relationships with Boards of Directors. She is also involved in various industry committees.
Eric Cantelo, RCM – Director of Condominium Management, Waterloo Region
Eric joined Wilson Blanchard in 2021, bringing with him a strong background from the developmental support industry. He earned his Registered Condominium Manager (RCM) designation from the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO) in 2023. Based in the Waterloo Region office, Eric actively supports his colleagues and takes an active role in mentoring new Condominium Managers. He is also engaged with the local condominium community through his participation with the CCI-Grand River Chapter.
These recent advancements are examples of the opportunities that exist within a dynamic and growing company like Wilson Blanchard and are a recognition of the continued excellence in customer service that these individuals provide to both our clients and our internal teams.
