Food Bank Challenge

To help bring the community together during this holiday season Wilson Blanchard Management, An Associa® Company, has teamed up with Momentum Developments to lead a friendly Food Drive Competition between some local condominiums within Kitchener-Waterloo. The rules are simple and the proceeds provide many families with food and necessities required to have a wonderful holiday. The condominium’s compete against one another to gather as many non-perishable items as possible with a mutually agreeable deadline and donate all items to their local food bank. The condominium with the most items collected by the deadline is deemed the winner of the competition and will be awarded with bragging rights for the year, and presented with a certificate to hang in their onsite management office or a common area of their choosing!
No only does this event bring your condominium community together for a bit of friendly competition, it helps support a wonderful and essential cause. We encourage other condo manager’s, Board’s of Directors and communities to initiate a similar event within their neighbourhood this season. Best of luck to those participating and Happy Holidays!
