Mr. Raymond Wilson, ACCI, FCCI, R.C.M., A.I.H.M., administers the Condominium Division of Wilson-Blanchard Ray has been involved in the condominium management industry for over 26 years, having left a 12 year extensive background in construction. Over the years, Ray has completed a number of certificate courses in management and administration. As a past President of ACMO, a past Director on the National Board of Directors for the Canadian Condominium Institute (C.C.I.) a frequent speaker and lecturer, consultant and college instructor, his expertise is considered invaluable to the industry.

Karen is responsible for directly assisting the Officers of Wilson-Blanchard in the administration of the property management division. Karen successfully administered her own property management company in Brantford for 15 years prior to her employment with Wilson-Blanchard. Karen's involvement with CCI on both a local and National level as well as sitting on the Board of ACMO provide background and experience often relayed to the industry through articles and lecturing.

Wayne is responsible for our Toronto office which includes supervision of property managers and acting as the liaison with our Toronto based clients. Wayne is a Candidate Member of ACMO, who has over 25 years serving the condominium industry. With an extensive career in construction management, as previous Vice President of his own management company, and as past Regional Property Manager, Wayne’s thorough understanding of the Condominium Act provides him with the expertise to guide and better serve our management staff and clients.

With 20 years experience in property management Dean is responsible for working with clients and managers to bring effective Condominium practices to Wilson-Blanchard. Dean has represented Wilson-Blanchard and the entire condominium management profession on the Board of Directors of ACMO, including currently serving as the President. Through his experience, vision and passion, Wilson-Blanchard has built a team of dedicated managers that will consistently strive to exceed the expectations of our clients.

As Director of Property Management for the Hamilton Office of Wilson-Blanchard, Mike is responsible for the daily operations of the Hamilton office including Supervision of all the Property Managers and support staff. Interaction with Developers on new Condominium Developments is also included in Mike's duties and he works with many Developers on their upcoming Condominium Projects. Mike has been in Property Management for over twenty years and has held the title of Registered Condominium Manager since 2003.

Paula has been directly in charge of all accounting functions at Wilson-Blanchard since our doors opened in 1995. Paula has 20 years experience in Property Management Accounting. Paula works closely with the Manager of Financial Reporting who strives to provide our clients with accurate and timely financial statements on a monthly basis. So that Paula understands all aspects of our business, she is currently enrolled in the RCM program and expects to obtain her designation in the Spring of 2012.
