Ray Wilson - PresidentThe Condominium Division of Wilson, Blanchard Management Inc. is administered by Mr. Ray Wilson, ACCI, FCCI, R.C.M., A.I.H.M., ARP, CMOC. Ray has been involved in the condominium management industry for over 25 years, having left a 12 year extensive background in construction. Ray has, over the years, completed a number of certificate courses in management and administration. As a past President of "The Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario" (ACMO), a past Board member on the National Board of Directors for the Canadian Condominium Institute (C.C.I.) and a frequent speaker and lecturer, consultant, college instructor and author of articles pertaining to the condominium industry, his expertise is considered invaluable within the industry. David Blanchard - Vice PresidentMr. David Blanchard,
B.A., FRI, CPM, C.C.I.M., S.I.O.R., ACCI, is responsible for the administration
of the I.C.I. division. David received his Honours Bachelor of Arts from
McMaster University in 1975, specializing in Urban and Economic Planning, and
immediately entered the real estate business. In 1979, he began his career
managing condominium corporations, rental and commercial properties. He is
widely known and respected as a leading expert in the industry. Karen Reynolds - Director of Property ManagementMs. Karen Reynolds, ACCI, FCCI, R.C.M., A.I.H.M., ARP, CMOC, Director of Property Management, is
responsible for directly assisting the Officers of Wilson, Blanchard Management
Inc. in the administration of the property management division. Karen
successfully administered her own small property management company in Brantford
for 15 years prior to her employment with Wilson, Blanchard Management Inc.
She is a member of the Board of Directors for the Golden Horseshoe Chapter of
the Canadian Condominium Institute
(CCI) where she is acting editor of the CCI quarterly newsletter and is also
sitting on the Board of Directors for ACMO.
Karen's involvement with CCI on both a local and national level in addition to
experience gained as a volunteer on the Board of a non-profit high-rise and ACMO
provide
background and experience often relayed to the industry through articles and
